Jerry Newman Dr. Newman is a SUNY Distinguished Teaching Professor and chair of the Organization and Human Resource department in the School of Management at the University at Buffalo. He has consulted with hundreds of local and national companies for over 30 years on topics of compensation and performance evaluation.
Dr. Newman’s is co-author of the textbook titled Compensation, currently in the tenth edition and widely used by business graduate schools. His book My Secret Life on the McJob was chosen as one of the “12 Best Books of 2007” by the Wall Street Journal.
Diana Southall President and Lead Consultant for HR Foundations, Ms. Southall received a MBA and Masters in Psychology from the University at Buffalo. An experienced facilitator, she has worked with small and large local organizations on their human resource issues. She has over 15 years experience in the use of assessments and employee feedback in selection and performance management. Ms. Southall has also taught compensation and human resource classes at Medaille College and the University at Buffalo School of Management.

Nick Everest Nick is a faculty member at UB and has over 30 years of experience in Organizational Development, Leadership and HR Strategy.
